The Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) will be transitioning one KDC-10 and nine F-16's through Melbourne, April 15th through the 19th, en route to El Centro (NAS) Naval Air Station in California. The RNLAF is a NATO member and has been conducting training in the U.S. for more than a decade. The RNLAF was one of the first outside of the U.S. Air Force to operate the F-16.
