JACKIE KENNEDY LETTER TO BE AUCTIONED ON EBAY
YAKIMA, WA -- February 21, 2001 -- Private seller to offer original Christmas 1970 letter from Jackie Kennedy to David Kennedy. The letter shows the compassionate nature of Jackie Kennedy and how much she cared for David.
"My sister remembers David Kennedy's reaction to the letter, he wanted to go to Jackie's for Christmas but was forbidden to do so," says the seller, who wishes to remain anonymous.
While on Christmas vacation from college in 1970 the seller's sister was employed as a maid for Ethel Kennedy at the Harriman compound in Sun Valley Idaho.
Jackie Kennedy sent a Christmas package to David Kennedy, son of Ethel and Robert Kennedy. The package contained a hand written letter in an envelope from Jackie Kennedy, part of the letter is a firm request to visit Jackie for Christmas holidays.
No copies of this letter have been made public or have been read or reproduced. The seller is not claiming copyright ownership to this letter. The buyer will not obtain any copyright ownership upon purchase of letter.
The letter is in good condition, two pages with an envelope with David's name on it in Jackie's own writing. There is a slight stain on one page. This letter is a true original. There are no copies. The letter's content and buyer can remain
confidential.
