American Detection Technologies, Inc. (AMDETECH) Announces Important Staffing of Its New Orleans/Gulf States Region Office To Meet Demand of Clients
NEW YORK, NY and New Orleans, LA - July 8, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- American Detection Technologies, Inc. (AMDETECH - www.amdetech.com), a homeland security company and national leader in contraband detection services using highly-trained canine teams and other advanced technologies, today announced that Robert L. Juneau has been appointed as the Regional Director of Business Development for its New Orleans/Gulf States Region office. Juneau will personally service existing clients and reach out to the many potential clients in the region covering from Texas to Florida.
AMDETECH provides its canine detection service in: Boston, Jacksonville, San Francisco, Seattle, Mobile, Miami, Hawaii, San Pedro/Long Beach, Vancouver, New York, Baltimore, Port Everglades, San Diego, Port Canaveral, Tampa, Gulfport, New Orleans, Galveston, St. Thomas, Norfolk, Victoria, BC, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City and the Canadian Maritime Provinces, with other locations scheduled to begin in the near future.

Mr. Juneau was a police detective and K-9 Handler for fourteen years with the New Orleans Police Department after graduating from the Police Academy and becoming P.O.S.T Certified. In addition, he volunteered as a reserve officer with his local Parish Sheriff's Office for several years. As a native of Louisiana, he owned and managed a private investigative agency after being licensed (PI) by the State.
In addition, Juneau owned and managed a pre-employment background information service, a home security system installation company and most recently owned and operated "Detection Canine Alliance". Allen went on to say that Juneau is very knowledgeable with integration of 'High Tech" applications (hardware and software) especially as they relate to security.
Mr. Allen said, with the inclusion of Juneau, "AMDETECH's primary team members and trainers have a total of more than 140 years of dog training experience in explosive and narcotic detection and police patrol and tracking. Many team members have been trained by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Drug Enforcement, U.S. Customs Service, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), and the U.S. Dept. of Transportation."
AMDETECH also is providing clients its proprietary, client-accessible "DogTrack" Internet database, including wireless capabilities, to track handler and dog records, incident reports, and positive wireless identification of dogs at job sites.
