First Annual Abrasive Rock Unsigned Showcase Tour - featuring 'Subjekt 2 Change'
OLYMPIA, WA - Aug. 2, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- For almost half a decade, Abrasive
Rock (www.abrasiverock.com) has worked hard to cover the best in heavy music. This has
meant trying to maintain a balance between well known artists with a solid following,
and the unknown bands from 'nobody' towns that are just as (if not more) talented.

of giving these unsigned bands a better chance of getting noticed."
The band Abrasive Rock has picked to kick off this annual series is none other than
Seattle's own Subjekt 2 Change (aka S2C). Carras states, "The band's unique blend of

Monday, August 15th at Black Forest in Eugene, OR
Tuesday, August 17th at The Cherry Bar & Lounge in San Francisco, CA
Wednesday, August 18th (venue T.B.A.) in Los Angles, CA
Friday, August 20th at The U&I Bar & Grill in Portland, OR and
Saturday, August 21st at The Lakepointe Bar & Grill in Kenmore, WA
