Winans Appointed Pascack Community Bank President

WESTWOOD, NJ - November 30, 2004 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Pascack Community Bank, (OTC Bulletin Board: PCCB) located at 36 Jefferson Avenue, recently appointed William H. Winans to the position of President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Winans succeeds Robert J. Peters, who retired on September 3rd. Prior to his appointment with Pascack Community Bank, Mr. Winans served in the same capacity at Mariner's Bank in Edgewater, New Jersey.

Pascack Community Bank Chairman Bruce Meisel remarked, "Bill is a perfect fit for our bank. He is intimately familiar with the northern New Jersey marketplace where he has built and maintained numerous contacts over his many years in banking. Mr. Winans is a life-long resident of Bergen County who literally grew up in the banking business. His first job was with the Edgewater National Bank where his father was a long-time President and CEO before it was acquired by Commercial Trust, and again by United Jersey Bank. Winans ultimately became an employee of United Jersey Bank and its successor Summit Bank, eventually becoming a Senior Vice President. In 2001, he became President and CEO of the newly established Mariner's Bank.

Mr. Winans holds BS and MBA degrees in Economics/Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, and maintains professional affiliations with the New Jersey Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association (NJ) and Independent Bankers Association.
