DIRECT WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS INC. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO HEALTH DISCOVERY CORPORATION
WACO, Texas - Nov. 6, 2003 /Send2Press Newswire/ -- Direct Wireless
Communications, Inc. (OTC BB: HDVY), a biotechnology company which is
focused on "first-phase" biomarker and pathway discovery for diagnostic
markers and drug targets today announced that it has officially changed
its name to Health Discovery Corporation. The trading symbol for the
company, which is publicly traded on the OTCBB, will also change from
"DWCM" to "HDVY". These changes will be effective as of November 6,
2003.
"The name change reflects the Company's new focus on 'first-phase'
biomarker and pathway discovery to be used by diagnostic and
pharmaceutical companies worldwide," stated Stephen D. Barnhill, M.D.,
Chairman and CEO of Direct Wireless Communications. "The name change is
not simply cosmetic.
Over the past few months, the Company has been
completely transformed from a wireless technology company to a fully
functioning biotechnology company with a new management team experienced

Prize winner Kary Mullis, Ph.D., and new Board of Directors with
biotechnology expertise. The name change appropriately reflects our
