possible by The Burnham Groups position in the market as a provider of iSeries value-added software -- of
which The Burnham Group is a recognized reseller -- and its technical competency in applying the iSeries
platform. The value-added software supplies high-availability and document/image management solutions for
iSeries users.
High Availability was once affordable to only the largest companies. Today, *noMAX real-time data replication
software -- developed by Maximum Availability Ltd. -- provides IBM iSeries users low cost, high availability
data retrieval in case of natural or manmade disasters such as fires, power outages, earthquakes, etc.
Document imaging and management used to be cumbersome and time consuming. Now, The Burnham Group offers
iSeries users an affordable solution -- developed by RJS Software Systems -- that allows them to integrate
iSeries and PC/LAN/WAN platforms, and distribute data easily and efficiently. RJS' document image and
management software gives users secure browser-based access to information that was historically only
available on paper.

technical sales, service, and high availability required by IBM for conferral of Business Partner status. He
is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of providing customers with solutions for their iSeries platform.
Prior to joining The Burnham Group, Staddler served for four years as president of IT Solutions Group, an IBM
iSeries Business Partner.
Another crucial staff addition is Larry Hepler, Client Development Manager. Hepler's 14 years of sales
experience with IBM Business Partners and certification as an IBM iSeries sales specialist will provide
valuable insights in delivering customer focused solutions.
