How to Order
Walk-through Tutorial Video on Using This Order System:

How our Order Center Works:
Our system is simple to use if you're familiar with any modern online store; you simply choose a service category using menu on left side of each page, find the service plan you want from the category page, add desired service to your cart/basket, continue shopping (as applicable), then checkout.
You submit your project information (release, image, instructions, scheduling) after you complete the payment process.
What's New:
Our newly updated order system for Winter 2009 has returned to a more traditional shopping-cart style which should make choosing our services simpler for most people. Also, you can now save your billing information when you checkout, and return to log-in without having to re-enter your personal information each time. For your protection, credit card information is never retained (your browser may save this info if you have it set to remember form data fields, but this is not part of our system).
Changes to Distribution Plans:
• Our old "SILVER Distribution Plans" are now "STANDARD Distribution Plans."
• Our old "BLUE Distribution Plans" are now "EXTENDED Distribution Plans."
• Our old "National Basic" plans are now "National LITE" plans.
• Our old "National PLUS" plans are now simply "National" plans.
The NEW "National PLUS" plans now include custom hand-modification of your press release for optimum SEO/SEM based on your most desired key-phrases, embedded anchor links inserted for you, and free high-res 300dpi Web photo, or audio press release!
News Material to Publicly Traded Companies:
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your news is "material" to any publicly traded company (with ticker symbol), you may not use our normal "EXTENDED" level distribution plans, and must instead use the Public Company Plan. We cannot issue publicly-traded company news via PRnewswire®.
Normal Business Hours:
Our normal business support hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST/PDT (California time), which is 12 noon to 8 p.m. EST/EDT (New York time), Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Orders received prior day can be scheduled for any future date/time — for example, an order received prior to closing Monday, can be scheduled to push any time Tuesday (or later date), such as 6:30 a.m. EDT. Orders received prior to close Friday, can be scheduled to push on Saturday/Sunday, if desired, or any future date/time.
Daily Cutoff Times and Submission Deadlines
Coupons and Discount Codes:
Discount coupons (and "partner program" codes) no longer apply to add-on options, to services already discounted (on sale), or to the new Online Posting Subscription plans. Non-profit discounts do not apply to any "Extended" distribution plans. Coupons for existing customers are only provided in the monthly customer-only newsletter (existing customers cannot use the new customer discount codes). Coupons may only be used once per customer, unless otherwise noted, and the system will manage this; Partner Codes do not have the limitation. No credit can or will be applied after the fact, once an order is processed, for not entering and applying a coupon properly during checkout (if you do not see the discount after applying it in the View Cart screen, then it either does not apply to chosen service, or you have mis-entered it - system will generally notify you if you have mis-entered a coupon code).
Note about coupon codes: to use any applicable discount code or new customer coupon, you must "register" for a free account; then you may "apply" the coupon code on the view cart/basket page, prior to checkout. View the "how to order" video tutorial for example.
