Service Plan Information:
This miscellaneous payment amount is intended for unusual instances where you may need to purchase an upgrade or service addition from one plan to another, or to update a past expired pre-paid plan, or similar. Example: to equal $25, you would change quantity to five (5) units of $5.

Note: there is also a misc. payment amount of $10, which can be added separately, if needed.
