• With this plan, you pay an annual membership fee (an annual subscription), and then a review/approval fee per story to have one of our editorial staff sign-off and activate your news release. The basic plan is $99 per year, plus $29 per story. "News spam" is not allowed!

You are not subscribing to a publication or anything being sent to you. With this program, you're subscribing to an annual service plan that allows you to post news releases into our newswire service.

Features of this Program:
With this online posting plan, your news will be included in our 2011 news portal for journalists (Send2PressNewswire.com), and be syndicated onto our state news sites like CaliforniaNewswire.com, FloridaNewswire.com, MassachusettsNewswire.com, plus our aggregation sites and content partners. It is NOT included in our classic news portal (Send2Press.com), or our magazine sites like eNewsChannels, or MusicIndustryNewswire.com, etc.

TWO TYPES OF ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE:

1. A company account provides one unique account, that is used to post news for one company/org or individual (author/artist). It has a unique eMediaKit™ for the company/person, and one PRTrax™ account for tracking valuable reader metrics over time (useful for SEO). This account type is $99 per year, and $29 per story posted. Each additional company account purchased by an agency is $49 per year.
2. An agency account provides one unique account for an agency, that is used to post news releases for multiple companies/clients, and has one eMediaKit™ for the agency, and one aggregated PRTrax™ tracking account for all news posted. Agency must put media contact person, agency name, and phone at bottom of all news items. Price is $99 per year, and $29 per story posted.

Please note with these accounts, news is not "sent" to the media except the daily opt-in news summary - this is an online posting plan, NOT a news distribution plan as with our Standard and Extended plans. We do NOT hand-submit your news to the dozen or so top social media sites by hand as included with our Standard and Extended plans. Some social media systems like Twitter, Wikio, Zimbio, and Alltop will get the news items automatically.

A note about scheduling: once your news is posted into our system it will be reviewed and approved within 36 hours, which means it cannot be "scheduled" for a specific day/time. If you need your story to post on Friday at 8am EST/EDT, you must use one of our normal Standard or Extended service plans. For example: if you post a story Tuesday morning at 10 a.m., we may approve it later that day, or sometime the following day during our normal business hours. Stories posted late Friday or over the weekend when we're closed won't be approved until Monday, or possibly Tuesday morning in some cases.

A note about reporting: the online posting subscription plan includes a PRTrax™ reader metrics dashboard account, which can help provide some valuable online metrics of where reads are coming from. However, no other reporting/tracking is provided with this plan. SiteWatch™ reports are only provided with our Standard and Extended plans.

IMPORTANT NOTE: in order to utilize this subscription service option, you MUST be able to properly "clean" your text prior to placement in our system. This includes removing double spaces, special characters like bullets, ™/®/& symbols (must be converted to ASCII code, such as ™, or placed as (TM) in text). Up to three anchor links can be added around words/phrases in the story, in addition to visilbe URLs. You cannot paste a MS Word file directly into the system, for example; you would save-as to plain text, then paste the clean text into our system. A basic walk-through will be provided by phone to help you with your first post, but the default support training for these subscriptions is a step-by-step tutorial guide with training video. Only one photo is supported, and must be 200x200 pixels, RGB, maximum 10kb in size (we will setup default logo with your account). If you've previously used a CMS like WordPress, it shouldn't be too difficult to learn.

FOR EACH ACCOUNT SET-UP WE WILL NEED:

1. short bio of company with main site URL to set up eMediaKit™ (news index for all news posted under the account).
2. contact person name, phone, email, to send login/how-to info to (the email account would be locked to the main company account); a unique email is used PER ACCOUNT.
3. legal name of company for account (eg., Your Company, LLC) for the account you wish to issue news under - please use consistent name, as there is a technical difference between Your Company, LLC; Your Company Inc.; or, Your Company Ltd. - our system needs ONE version of company name to create proper relational links/indexes for your news.
4. logo file, which will be available under your account login to insert into your news items.
