M2SYS Forms Strategic Partnership with CSI Software to Fulfill Surging Biometrics Demand in Fitness Industry

Fitness Club Software Provider Integrates M2SYS Fingerprint Recognition Technology for Immediate Distribution to Global Customer Base
ATLANTA, GA -- (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- M2SYS Technology (www.m2sys.com), a global leader in biometric technology research and development, today announced that it has executed a long-term partnership agreement with CSI Software to integrate and support the sale of its patent-pending fingerprint recognition solution called Bio-Plugin(TM) and its M2-S(TM) fingerprint reader. The technology will be added to CSI's Spectrum(TM) membership management software and made available to its growing customer base of fitness clubs throughout the U.S.
Bio-Plugin(TM) enables software companies to adopt a complete, seamless fingerprint recognition system, including a robust 1:N identification engine, within hours and without the headache of system dependencies, extensive development, and having to manage the complexities of fingerprint technology. Relieving these burdens enables software companies to remain focused on supporting their core product, while instantly enhancing its value and establishing a new revenue channel.
The M2-S(TM) optical, USB fingerprint reader is engineered for use in high throughput environments where reliability and ruggedness are critical success factors. Its patent-pending, ergonomic design guides finger placement to produce consistently high-quality images necessary for accurate fingerprint identification. The low maintenance device also works well with rough, dry or moist prints, and automatically encrypts all image data.
CSI was able to quickly integrate the innovative solution into its membership management software and immediately enable its fitness club customers to leverage the security, ease, and efficiency of a robust fingerprint identification system. M2SYS even enabled use of the system by MVP Sportsplex, a $17 million, 96,000 square foot facility located on 10 acres in Grand Rapids, MI, which distributes the Spectrum(TM) software to multiple workstations through a CITRIX metaframe server.
