Neal Gold M.D., an Internal Medicine physician, who joined Greater Northwest Medical Group in 2004, will relocate his Park Ridge office, and begin seeing patients at the Glenview office on July 5, 2005. Dr. Scott Meyers, a family practice physician, who also joined the practice last year, will move from the Arlington Heights office to join Drs. Gold and Daniels.
Dr. Daniels earned his pre-med undergraduate degree from Knox College in Galesburg, IL in 1981, his medical degree from Rush Medical College in 1984, and his residency training in 1987 at Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, IL. In private practice since July, 1987, Dr. Daniels comes to Greater Northwest Medical Group from Fahey Medical Center, S.C., Des Plaines, IL, where he treated patients since 1991.
Dr. Daniels explains, "I am excited about joining the outstanding staff of Greater Northwest Medical Group in this innovative practice that demonstrates its commitment to meeting patient needs. I wholeheartedly agree with the practice philosophy and look forward to being a member of the team."
Expanding upon the practice philosophy, Practice Administrator, Michael Hartke, adds, "Greater Northwest Medical Group was founded in 1984 on the philosophy of providing high quality, comprehensive and convenient healthcare, as reflected by our unique blend of extended office hours, the diverse composition of our physicians, and variety of ancillary healthcare services. Patients have responded favorably to this practice philosophy, which has been a strong foundation upon which our steady growth has been built."
"The addition of Dr. Daniels this month, Drs. Gold and Meyer last year, and the opening of the new Glenview office," continued Hartke, "directly respond to the need of our growing patient population for greater access to physicians in conveniently located, comfortable office space, with convenient hours for office visits. Our investment over the last year in Electronic Medical Records further supports our philosophy by ensuring that all our physicians, regardless of their physical location, the day, or time, can gain immediate access to important patient records, whenever needed."
