Multiject and Plasdan Team Up in North America

Multiject has signed an agreement to be the exclusive North American agent for Plasdan Group
ROCHESTER, Mich. - August 22 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Multiject LLC has signed an agreement to represent Plasdan Group, an international supplier of machinery and tooling for the plastic injection molding industry. This relationship is effective immediately, and affects all of Plasdan's injection molding machinery business in North America.
Plasdan Group, headquartered in Marinha Grande, Portugal, designs and builds plastic injection units, mold articulation devices, rotary tables and tooling for the plastics industry. One of their areas of expertise is equipment and tooling for multi-material injection molding applications. Plasdan has been a leader in developing systems to simplify and lower the capital barriers for this growing segment of injection molding.
Plasdan has a strong presence in foreign markets, working with mold-builders, injection molders, and large OEM's on multi-material molding solutions. Examples of Plasdan's work in these areas can be found on their web site www.plasdan.pt.
Plasdan has a line of innovative injection units, both electric and hydraulic, that mount to existing molding machines or clamp units. They also manufacture a line of rotary tables for both vertical and horizontal axis mold rotation. In addition, Plasdan builds molds and associated tooling for multi-material applications.
