SOHOtech Brings 24x7 Technical Support Services to Customers in Hong Kong and Mainland China

The customization that has been done for SOHOtech includes a full integration of the logon and password recovery functions into the SOHOtech Web site, as well as with SOHOtech online training courses.
Moreover, the integration of the SOHOtech office iPBX with LiveRepair.com's Voice-over-IP (VoIP) system allowed SOHOtech customers to conveniently dial a local Hong Kong phone number to get instant support over the phone, while support experts who provide the support service are located overseas.
