Cervalis and eXpertivity Mortgage Solutions Corp. Sign Partnership Agreement

Under the agreement, eXpertivity will incorporate Cervalis' IT Infrastructure Services, Data Security and Protection, Business Continuity and Rapid Recovery solutions to provide its customers with Cervalis' high standards of business resilience and to help accelerate eXpertivity's rapid gain in the $5 billion mortgage processing market.
