New LifeSpan Treadmills and Ellipticals - PCE Health & Fitness Launches Pro Series Line of Fitness Equipment

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - May 24 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- PCE Health & Fitness, maker of LifeSpan fitness equipment, enters the high-end fitness equipment market with its LifeSpan PRO Series treadmills and ellipticals. This innovative line of fitness equipment, designed for serious exercise enthusiasts desiring the best in performance and durability, is ideal for homes as well as corporate centers, medical centers, physical therapy offices and hotels.

The new PRO3 and PRO5 treadmills and EX3 elliptical are the biggest, most powerful and innovative LifeSpan products yet. The PRO3 was awarded Best New Fitness Equipment Product at TaiSPO 2005.

PRO3 and PRO5 treadmills feature the largest running surface in the industry. A spacious 22" wide surface accommodates any size user for a more comfortable workout. The Dura-Max(TM) drive system includes a powerful 3.0 HP DC motor in the PRO3, and a 3.0 HP AC motor in the commercially rated PRO5.

The EX-Link(TM) drive system on the EX3 Elliptical Cross Trainer provides a bio-mechanically superior 20" stride length in a very compact design - only 67" in length! The oversized, closely positioned pedals offer comfort and a natural motion.

PRO Series consoles incorporate PCE's patent-pending Intelli-Key(TM) lighting system which guides users in set-up operations. In addition, PRO Series treadmills will soon feature Intelli-Sense(TM) automatic user sensing technology. Intelli-Sense(TM) detects load impact and provides added safety having an effect similar to adding airbags to cars. The technology also enables step-based programming for motivation.
