PCCW Global Deploys Atreus' IP Service Provisioning Solution for Global VoIP Service Launch

PCCW Delivers Differentiated VoIP Offerings by Extending Automated Provisioning and Self-Management to its Global Resellers

 Currently in production, Atreus enables PCCW Global to seamlessly provision resellers and offer differentiated IP centrex and tdm trunk replacement offerings through automated provisioning and re-brandable self-service portals in multiple languages. Using Atreus, PCCW Global extends the switch management to its resellers; putting them in control of service ordering, feature changes and updates. PCCW Global will quickly deploy feature-rich Hosted PBX bundles, while dramatically reducing the time, cost and complexity of adding new offerings, modifying features, and scaling customer demand.
