Wisconsin Dells Resort adds 30 Condominium Units with its Phase III Development
Wed, 31 Jan 2007, 23:00:00 EDT
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. - Jan. 31 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Renaissance Resort and Spa, luxury vacation condominium resort on Lake Delton, will add thirty additional units with its phase III addition, "Renaissance Retreat," scheduled for June 2007 completion. Renaissance Resort & Spa is a thirty million-dollar development located on prime waterfront property on one of Wisconsin's most desirable lakes. Lake Delton is surrounded by the famous attractions and waterparks that bring over three million visitors to the area each year, spending nearly one billion in tourist dollars.
Rental investment condominiums continue their exponential growth in Wisconsin Dells, WI - one of the fastest growing resort areas in the nation. Designated as the "Waterpark Capital of the World," Wisconsin Dells also offers a wide variety of entertainment and shopping venues, including a full-gaming casino, dinner theater, amusement parks and the new Tanger Outlet Mall.
As the demand for high-end condominium rentals continues to grow, Wisconsin Dells is seeing a remarkable increase in the number of conventional and hotel style condominiums. When planning phase I and II of Renaissance Resort, developer Bryan Mantsch (Bryco Investments) and developer/builder Tom Holtz (Holtz Builders, Inc.) recognized the market potential for full size condominium homes, with attached garages, underground parking, full size kitchens, tile baths with full body massage showers, closets, laundry rooms, formal dining and other luxury amenities.
The resort has enjoyed proven success in their first year of sales and rentals with thirty-two - two, three and four bedroom homes ranging from 1500 to over 3800 square ft. The striking four bedroom penthouses were featured recently in a New York Times article on luxury condominiums.
To address demand by couples for smaller, more intimate accommodations, Renaissance Retreat will feature thirty additional one and two bedroom units with private decks or patios, luxurious designer interiors and spectacular views. With prices beginning at $259,900, these unique homes offer outstanding value, with enormous potential for rental income. Ten units will be professionally decorated and furnished as one-of-a-kind theme suites.
The resort complex offers five star amenities, including heated indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, exercise room, sand beach, piers, boat slips, and more. A full service spa, Renaissance Spa, is located on-site and offers a wide range of massages and treatments, including in-suite packages. Rentals are fully managed by Renaissance Resort Management L.L.C.
