Designed to blend in with its surroundings, the exterior colors were chosen to fit in with the earth tones of the site's natural hues and the end result is that when looking at the site from the lake, one can only catch glimpses of the house nestled among the trees. A soaring circular 4-story tower is one of the more distinctive design features of the home and another 2-story tower, which houses a custom 10-person hot tub, is constructed on the rear of the residence. Both towers capture lake views as do nearly all of the home's 188 windows. The site also boasts a 3-bay boat house with a mahogany interior.
