ProSoft Technology Group and CyberWorld Solutions Merger Announcement

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. - Feb. 20 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- ProSoft Technology Group (Downers Grove, IL) and CyberWorld Solutions (Naperville, IL) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which the companies will be combined as ProSoft Cyberworld Group.
The Board of Directors and Management team of the ProSoft Cyberworld Group will consist of the three respected Principals of the two companies, Raj Gupta, Sam Reddy, and Brian W. Mead. The three Principals will assume distinctive roles which will be announced at a later date. The combined company with distinguished complementary capabilities, is now in a position to extend its' reach throughout the SAP enterprise. The Subject Matter Expertise throughout the two entities has expanded to support a broader portfolio of services throughout the SAP ERP modules. ProSoft CyberWorld Group will continue to focus on its SAP strength, and aggressively grow its Enterprise Integration Practice.
