The public can view charges by hospital department to compare EFMH's charges to the charges of other hospital providers. Baker County Medical Services has posted Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital's charges in response to the national initiative in health care to make consumers more knowledgeable regarding hospital charges. Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital is a 501 (C)3 Charitable Hospital and is one of Florida's Statutory Rural Hospitals as well as being designated a Sole Community Provider for Macclenny and Baker County by The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
