Panini and KIC Products Announce the Release of a Panini Waffletechnology Check Processor Cleaning Card for Use in the Panini My Vison X(R) Check Scanner

AUBURN, Maine - Oct. 12 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Panini and KIC Products are pleased to announce the release of the Panini Waffletechnology Check Processor Cleaning Card. This product is designed to work with Panini My Vision X(R) Check Scanners through strategic positioning of the Waffletechnology design. Panini and KIC Products extensive co-development project has produced a method of quickly cleaning critical camera lenses and pathways within the device, used by the banking industry under the Check 21 laws and provisions.
 "In a distributed capture environment, cleaning the check scanner is very important," says Doug Roberts, President, Panini North America. "This new product provides end-users with a simple first step to cleaning the My Vision X(R)."
Peter Klein (President of KIC Products) says "The Panini Waffletechnology Check Processor Cleaning Cards will enhance the ability of financial institutions to process checks, by maintaining the scanning devices. Waffletechnology continues to provide a simple means to do a necessary job."
While KIC will manufacture the card, the distribution of the product will be done through the distribution channels of both Panini and KIC products. KIC Products manufactures cleaning cards including Waffletechnology products for magnetic card readers, bill acceptors, optical readers, "Smart Card" readers, thermal printers, ID card printers, ATMs, and POS terminal credit and check readers.
