 The name of the restaurant comes from the Bellini cocktail which was created in 1948 by legendary bar man Harry Cipriani for his friend, Ernest Hemingway, at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. Originally made with fresh white peaches, cognac and champagne, the Bellini has gained popularity throughout the world. Bellini Italian Bistro continues the tradition, using only the freshest peaches available. Indeed, a complementary Bellini cocktail is offered to all frequent diners.
