University Learning Center Created by Rinella and Rinella Senior Partner Wins Prestigious National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA) Award
The Bernard B. Rinella, Jr. Learning Center was established at Miami University - Oxford in 2000, and named in honor of Bernie Rinella Sr.'s departed son who attended the school. Together with support from Miami University's Division of Student Affairs, the learning center helps students reach their academic goals by empowering them with the skills they need to be independent and successful learners. "This award recognizes the [Bernard B. Rinella, Jr.] Learning Center for its numerous achievements in the delivery of learning support services and programs to the students of Miami University during the past academic year," notes NCLCA President Dr. David L.
