MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Nov. 27, 2012 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, announced today that it has assumed management of Mission Viejo's Highland Park Homeowners' Association, effective November 1. The 208-home community is the fifth to be added to PCM's Orange County management portfolio in recent months. PCM now manages 18 associations in the city of Mission Viejo.
