Jon is a proactive member of the community. Highly involved with The Business Council of Westchester, Jon serves as its General Counsel, he also serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Jon is also a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the Westchester County Bar Association. He is personally involved with many community events, fundraisers, charitable organization and educational programs.

The "Family Friendly Employment Pace Setter" award was presented to Jon at the Westchester Women's Bar Association Annual Dinner at The Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht Club, Mamaroneck, NY on Wednesday June 11, 2008.
