All services are pre-paid and ordered securely online. We do not offer open-account billing (e.g., Net 30). Send2Press is a service of Neotrope, in business over 30 years, a PCI-DSS certified secure merchant. Member BBB with A+ rating.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), or e-check* from your business bank account (via Authorize.net, a VISA® company). Optionally you can pay via your PayPal account using either your balance, credit card, or e-check*. If using a gift/debit credit card you may need to use PayPal to pass the address verification (AVS) security requirement.

Important! You must use an email account matching your domain name and not a free account as part of the verification process. Due to the large amount of fraud we get from European and Asian businesses all such orders will have mandatory 24 hour hold for review if a new first-time customer. If your card does not pass AVS you will be required to provide proof of card ownership (such as photo, scan, etc.), especially if name of card different from person placing order and/or submitting project. International PayPal orders can only be accepted from “verified” accounts. Be sure to review our “news we don’t accept” page before placing order.

*E-checks will take 2-4 days to clear/process before work can be performed.

Strict Security Standards: Please be aware this store has modern security technologies and is PCI-DSS certified. However, this also means it likely will not work with old tech like Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6/7/8, Safari on Windows, or very old copies of Chrome, Firefox, or AOL which have not been updated to modern security standards.

Special Note for Existing Customers

For existing customers, your account has been moved over from our old 2009-2015 store to this new system for 2016, but your password needs to be reset before you can login to place order, even on the one-page checkout.

Recommended Procedure:

  1. First, reset password using the “lost password” link on the “My Account” page (note link top of page). You can log-in once you have email if you wish, or proceed to place order.
  2. Second, add items to your cart, as per usual.
  3. Go to view cart or checkout (note links top of each page in this store system), and enter your username (email) and new password and login, then payment info, then submit payment.

If you don’t see the password reset email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder if using free email services like @yahoo or @outlook. You can also request that we manually reset password for you, if you wish.

  1. Review Plan Features:
    Please first review our different service plans and pricing from the main sections of our website related to press release distribution, press release writing, who we are, client testimonials and success stories.
  2. Review Content Requirements:
    Second, please review our “getting started” content requirements which outline the baseline elements necessary for all press releases following normal industry practices. Optionally, you may wish to review the “news we won’t accept” from the HELP menu above.
  3. Add Service(s) to Your Shopping Cart:
    Locate the plan(s) you want from this store using navigation on front page of store, from service menu in blue-bar above, or on desktop PCs, from the navigation bar at left (not seen on mobile devices). You can choose and add most add-on options at same time you add a service to your cart, for ease of use.
  4. Checkout (Pay for Services):
    When you have all desired services and add-on options in your cart, simply go to “checkout” and choose your payment method, enter billing and payment information (you can log-in if a former client); complete checkout.
  5. Submit Project:
    Once you complete the checkout/payment process, a thank you message will direct you to the project submission form (link also in your order receipt), where you can attach file(s), schedule when the release should push (or “ASAP”), and any special instructions such as keyword focus for social media promotions.
  6. Then What Happens?
    Once the project is received, a staff member will personally review and confirm your project and follow up letting you know if changes are needed, or suggested, and confirm push time.


All services are pre-paid and ordered online, and are offered subject to our Terms of Service (TOS) and Acceptable Content Policy (ACP). Placement of news on any website is subject to that site’s editorial policies, and social media outlets noted in features subject to change. Some news systems and/or aggregators may suffer service outages outside our control. Some systems, including Google News, may skip “stale or duplicate” news content or certain advertorial material. Neither Send2Press nor PRN can “guarantee” placement on any specific news system or social media outlet listed in the Send2Press feature descriptions. All transmitted news content will be conformed to AP Style where necessary without prior preview or approval and to meet our format requirements (see our Help/Getting Started for information; you may request AP format review at no cost for submitted projects).
