Mr. Wyatt accepted the position as Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 30 years of expertise in strategic financial and business planning. Goizueta Chair, e-Commerce and Marketing at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, as well as the Senior Associate Dean position, Executive Education, and is the Director of the Zyman Institute of Brand Science at the Atlanta-based university.

Under the sponsorship of Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and 3M, Dr. Srivastava was instrumental in the development of the Center for Customer Insights, which specializes in global, collaborative, cross-functional research and academic programs that focus on e-marketing. Dr. Srivastava holds an MBA and Ph.D. (Business Administration) from the University of Pittsburgh, an MS (Industrial Engineering) from the University of Rhode Island and a B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Mr. Wyatt has held leadership positions in human resource management, accounting system design and implementation, risk management, strategic financial and business planning, management consultation, tax and regulatory compliance, income tax planning and benefits and retirement plan administration.

Following seven years with a large CPA firm in Atlanta, Mr. Wyatt opened his own accounting practice. Specializing in financial services for small- and medium-sized businesses, he provided strategic consulting across a wide range of industries, including information technology and manufacturing. Mr. Wyatt spent 13 years as Controller/CFO for Computer Maintenance Corporation (CMC), which provided R&M services for large mainframe computing systems. An integral member of CMC’s management team, his expertise was critical in its profitable growth and expansion into 17 states. His leadership paved the way to a highly successful merger with Unisys Corporation in 1997.
