BOSTON, MA (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — The New England-Canada Business Council has elected Bethann Pepoli, COO of the Technology Division for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the board of directors to enhance the technology sharing between the two governments and to help lead the organization through its next year of operations.
