MIAMI, Fla., Sept. 11, 2014 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — When Jhasmidah Alexandre, founder, president and CEO of Philanthropy from the Heart, Inc., overcame homelessness, she made a promise that she would give back to help those less fortunate and in need. And, that’s exactly what she’s doing. On Friday, September 26, a free fundraising event will be held at Joe Celestin Center at 1525 NW 135th Street in North Miami, FL 33167, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
