WASHINGTON, D.C., Oct. 4, 2011 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Intelligent Fiscal Optimal Solutions (iFOS) announced today that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded a contract to provide acquisition support services to the Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Department of Operations Acquisition Division.
