His efforts in spearheading the development and implementation of MMI\u2019s user insights tool and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.send2press.com\/wire\/mmi-increases-platforms-business-intelligence-and-expands-mortgage-and-real-estate-data-analytics-capabilities-with-its-custom-dashboard-hub\/\">custom dashboard hub<\/a> have fueled this promotion. Using these customer insights, MMI is actively building improved in-app onboarding and support tools.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe creation of this role exemplifies MMI\u2019s evolution.
