This year\u2019s event kicked off with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mortgagecollaborative.com\/12-days-of-tmc.html\">teaser from TMC\u2019s <\/a>leaders, who promised to deliver \u201ccontent for every team member\u201d in 2023 -\u2013 and they did just that, with sessions covering leadership development, serving underserved communities, pricing engines comparisons, commission structures and many advocacy issues.<\/p>\n<p>For those involved in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mortgagecollaborative.com\/working-groups.html\">TMC\u2019s 12 working groups<\/a>, the event featured corresponding topic-specific sessions and a bonus session previewing a new risk and compliance focused group debuting in 2024.
