To bolster its commitment to customer service, TCS stands behind a two to three day turn time for both underwriting and purchase review to improve its sellers’ performance.<\/p>\n

The overnight price protection policy allows approved sellers to lock in rates from 6 a.m. MT to 6 a.m. MT the following business day, weekends included. Through the scenario help desk, TCS approved sellers have access to TCS’s underwriting staff to gain insight and assistance on TCS’s appetite for certain borrower situations.<\/p>\n
