\"StarKazar\"“StarKazar and the Mysterious Happenings” is the first in a series that follows the adventures of Aaron Zelos and his friends as they explore the cosmos. <\/p>\n

The story begins on Halloween night and weaves it way through everyday events in a not so everyday manner. The book is written from the perspective of 15-year-old Aaron, an average boy, except for a white mole on his back. As Aaron copes with life as a teenager, Aaron’s mother mourns over the death of Lazarus, Aaron’s father. She has become unapproachable despite Aaron’s attempts to reach her. <\/p>\n

While struggling on the home front, Aaron also learns to deal with bullies and troublemakers in the outside world. However, his other-worldly powers allow him to dish out a unique brand of revenge. <\/p>\n

Aaron creates lasting relationship bonds, and readers learn through events such as a soccer game, a trip to the museum, Ms. Silver’s accident, and his match with a powerful alien, that, in Aaron’s world, size and gender do not matter. <\/p>\n

Authors, Tabitha and CJ, 14 and 15, respectively, while young, are not new to writing. Previously, they released “Charlie X” – a novel that goes beyond the sci-fi genre and poignantly deals with issues of respect and dignity; it has received rave reviews.<\/p>\n
