Jim and Kathie Hill, owners of the Williams Bay, Wisconsin, home, collected pictures of finishes, rooms and architectural elements to describe the home they wanted. “We shared these with the Stebnitz design team to show them, and tell them, what we wanted,” explains Jim Hill. “The interior design was truly a collaboration between Kathie and the Stebnitz team. We’re delighted with our home!” <\/p>\n

The project is featured in the October 2005 issue of Professional Remodeler. The judges were particularly impressed with the exquisite craftsmanship on the exterior of the home. “The trim details, the stone cladding, custom windows and matching boathouse all impressed us. Stebnitz earned additional points for working on a particularly challenging site that made executing the design and construction difficult. Finally, the theme of the home carries from the exterior to the interior and throughout every room.”<\/p>\n
