KIRKLAND, Wash., Dec. 12, 2012 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Why are some middle-aged Americans buying long-term care insurance (LTCi) for their aging parents? It’s partly because Mom and Dad may need help with the tasks of daily living, but can’t afford a policy to pay for it, according to Denise Gott, National Sales Manager of LTC Financial Partners, LLC (LTCFP).<\/p>\n

It’s also because the kids don’t want to end up paying the bills out of savings, jeopardizing their own retirement, or to disrupt their lives to tend to Mom or Dad personally.<\/p>\n
