The Concours d’Elegance of Texas is one of the largest vintage motoring and luxury lifestyle events in the state, a world-class gathering of collector cars and vintage motorcycles in a wonderful park setting.<\/p>\n

\nThe term \u201cConcours d\u2019Elegance\u201d means \u201ccontest of elegance\u201d and dates back to the 17th century when the French aristocracy would meet in the parks of Paris during summer weekends and parade in their horse-drawn carriages, each decorated more elegant than the next! Over time, carriages became horseless and the gatherings became competitions among automobile owners.<\/p>\n
