With its high-design heart imagery, hand-drawn font and distressed look, the new branding reinforces the distillery\u2019s emphasis on relaxed sophistication.<\/p>\n<p>Further connecting Greenbar Distillery to its home city\u2019s cultural terroir, the logo harkens the Mexican <em>Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n<\/em> (sacred heart) iconography found throughout downtown Los Angeles, while capturing the gritty appeal of the graffiti art that defines DTLA\u2019s cityscape. The rays symbolize Southern California\u2019s ubiquitous sunshine, critical to the state\u2019s inimitable flora that\u2019s captured within each bottle.<\/p>\n<p>The individual labels play on the heart theme while serving as symbolic guides to what\u2019s inside, playfully alluding to the \u2018spirit\u2019 of each spirit.
