A combination of \u201cThe Wild Party.\u201d a lesser known version of the musical based on the poem by Joseph Moncure, and written by Andrew Lippa, coupled with Mary Shelley\u2019s tale with a musical twist, \u201cFrankenstein, A New Musical,\u201d with music by Mark Baron, lyrics by Jeffrey Jackson, and a book by Jackson and Gary P. Cohen, a Los Angeles premiere.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.send2press.com\/wire\/images\/16-0824-AIR-frankwild-600x450.jpg\" alt=\"Frankenstein and The Wild Party\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.send2press.com\/wire\/images\/16-0824-AIR-frankwild-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.send2press.com\/wire\/images\/16-0824-AIR-frankwild-600x450-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.send2press.com\/wire\/images\/16-0824-AIR-frankwild-600x450-150x113.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><br \/>\nIt seemed a perfect coupling to Jonas Sills, executive producer, to pair the musicals. \u201cBoth of them are raw, both of them are musically lush, and both of them are underperformed,\u201d said Sills.<\/p>\n<p>Having an extreme interest in \u201cBreathing new life\u201d into musical theater, Art-In-Relation is excited about moving forward with a unique mission to offer and produce lesser known works of musical theater to an diverse Los Angeles audience.<\/p>\n<p>The creative team for the two productions includes two teams led by two directors who have been with Art-In-Relation before. Quentin Garzon, Director, \u201cWild Party,\u201d is passionate about the 1920\u2019s era musical with lush score, harmonies, and innovative dance. Passionate enough in fact that he convinced Art-In-Relation to produce the show.<\/p>\n<p>Having produced \u201cFrankenstein\u201d as their inaugural production, Art-In-Relation co-producer Ray Buffer was intrigued with the possibility of bringing the production to Los Angeles Audiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRe-envisioning Frankenstein in a smaller, more intimate space allows us to create nuances in the performance that were not possible in a large space.
