SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 5, 2017 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Geek Club Books, Inc., an autism nonprofit, today launched #Activate4Autism movement, a public awareness campaign as a part of National Bullying Prevention Month. The autistic are often misunderstood, marginalized, undervalued and 3 times more likely to be victims of bullying. The campaign brings together voice, stage and film actors, children\u2019s authors, comic artists and autistic advocates who activate their voices for autism, speaking out for acceptance and inclusion.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m activating my voice for autism during National Bullying Prevention Month to remind people that each and every one of us is unique and special,\u201d said Dave Fennoy, \u2018THE VOICE\u2019 of video games (80+ including \u201cThe Walking Dead,\u201d \u201cWarcraft,\u201d \u201cStarcraft 2\u201d), animation (\u201cStar Wars,\u201d \u201cArcher,\u201d \u201cKim Possible\u201d) and television promos (8+ including Hulu, Showtime, Fox). \u201cAnd no one deserves to be bullied.\u201d<\/p>\n
