Luna Wear was born out of Founder and CEO\u2019s Richie Luna\u2019s near tragic encounter with an oncoming driver while running one night on a dark and lonely road.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started my nightly run late that evening. I reached a stretch of road that was completely dark and very lonely,\u201d says Luna. \u201cWhile running I noticed a car coming at high speed. At first I thought that the driver saw me through his headlights but I was wrong. At the last second I was about to get hit however I was lucky enough to be able to jump out of the way. It was at this moment that the idea for Luna Wear was born.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company has released a full collection of over 25 shirt designs which include female crop and tank tops, short and long sleeve shirts, in addition to male vests, which are available for pre-order on Luna Wear\u2019s online store.<\/p>\n
