DALLAS, Texas and SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 26, 2018 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a leading national retail property, casualty insurance brokerage and employee benefits consultant, today announced the addition of insurance industry veteran KJ Wagner as Principal and Director of Property & Casualty Insurance Operations for the firm\u2019s Southwest Region.<\/p>\n
\nWagner will be based in Dallas, Texas and report to Jim Watt, EPIC\u2019s Houston-based President, Southwest Region.<\/p>\n
Wagner brings to EPIC more than 20 years of risk management, insurance brokerage strategic operations, mergers & acquisitions, producer recruiting, business development, and executive leadership experience.<\/p>\n
As EPIC\u2019s Director of P&C Operations in the Southwest, Wagner will partner with Jim Watt and other members of EPIC\u2019s National Executive Leadership Team led by CEO Pete Garvey to accelerate the growth and success of EPIC\u2019s risk management consulting and Property & Casualty Operations across the Southwest.<\/p>\n
Wagner joins from Willis, where he held a variety of leadership positions; most recently as West Region Corporate Risk & Broking Leader. He previously served as National Partner for Willis North America’s West Region (January of 2014 to January 2016) and President of Willis of Arizona (1999 through 2013).<\/p>\n
In addition, Wagner was one of Willis\u2019 top new business Producers in North America, focusing on large, complex risks and serving numerous global clients across a wide range of industries.<\/p>\n

Wagner attended the Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Arts and Sciences.
