The investment brings Expetitle\u2019s total funding to over $1 million and will help the company aggressively expand its sales and marketing efforts, as well as to continue to develop additional product functionality.<\/p>\n

This fundraising round builds on an exceptional start to the year for Expetitle which, despite COVID-19, continues to enjoy fast growth. When the virus hit the US and the real estate world needed to move online, Expetitle had already built a completely virtual remote closing process.<\/p>\n

The round was led by Chilean investment fund Beagle Ventures, who were joined by Caoba Capital, and the Arquitectonica family office. LAB Ventures is also following-on in this round after incubating Expetitle in their Startup Studio.<\/p>\n
