Dillard, a twenty-five-year mortgage veteran, most recently served as executive vice president at Mr. Cooper, where she initiated the firm\u2019s diversity and inclusion practice and played an integral role in representing the firm by advocating for the American dream of homeownership with industry and government officials.<\/p>\n

Named by HousingWire as a 2020 Woman of Influence<\/a>, Dillard managed the development of Mr. Cooper\u2019s diversity and inclusion program, where she led by example and fostered an inclusive environment. Under Dillard\u2019s leadership, the program grew to include more than 15 employee resource groups with more than 3,500 active members.<\/p>\n
