As\u00a0a regional sales director,\u00a0his responsibilities included\u00a0strategic planning,\u00a0new business development, renewal retention\u00a0and\u00a0management of\u00a0partnerships with\u00a0some of\u00a0the largest brokerage\u00a0and consulting firms in the\u00a0industry.\u00a0McSherry started his career with Anthem BlueCross BlueShield\u00a0in New York where he worked for more than 10 years\u00a0with both\u00a0fully insured and self-funded clients\u00a0in the commercial\u00a0large group market.<\/p>\n
