In his role within the Financial Services division, Kennedy will be dedicated to\u00a0the private equity space. He brings a strong\u00a0background\u00a0in\u00a0private equity and mergers and acquisitions work including\u00a0due diligence, transactional services, advisory, and placement.\u00a0His experience and network will be invaluable to the organization as he becomes a part of the team and begins to collaborate with national teams within EPIC as well as partner firms.\u00a0Kennedy will be based in Birmingham, Alabama and New York, New York\u00a0but will work with\u00a0all\u00a0of EPIC\u2019s national teams in the financial services space.<\/p>\n
