The show is called Mental Equipment and aims to help people achieve greater success and enjoyment in a variety of demanding life situations.

Based on Dr. Murray's experience and the cutting edge science/profession of sport psychology, it will encourage callers to ask questions, share their personal successes and failures, and reveal their secrets of success with other listeners.
