How to Order

  How to Order ~ Step by Step:

  1. Explore Plans + Features:
    From our main site, review our 2013 service plans/pricing and features chart.
     
  2. Add Desired Service Plan(s) to Cart/Basket:
    In our Order Center, add your desired distribution plan (and/or optional writing/editing add-on) to your shopping cart/basket. Add additional services as needed, such as word length add-on for the Extended Level plans.

    If you get stuck, lost, or not quite sure what to do, give us a call at 1-(310)-373-4856 during our normal business hours and we'll be happy to help. If you get voicemail, we are likely helping someone else.
     
  3. Review Order (Cart/Basket):
    View cart or go direct to checkout (note links on top and left side of most store pages).
     
  4. Log-in, create free account (register), or if you don't have an account you can place order as a guest*.

    Please note that if you need to print formal invoices beyond the e-mail copies, or look up past orders at end of year for taxes, you will want to create an account. No credit card data is stored for your protection.

    *NOTE: if you have previously created an account, the system won't allow you to place a guest order using an e-mail or phone number or billing address on file. Contact us if you need help resetting password or cannot remember which e-mail account you used previously.
     
  5. Complete Payment (“Checkout”).
    We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA). You may also, optionally, pay via PayPal*. This system is fully secure using 2,048 bit encryption with PCI-DSS security compliance verified by FirstData Corp. Our payment gateway is managed by Authorize.net, a VISA company.

    PLEASE see notes below regarding use of a third-party credit card (not in your name), or international orders (outside U.S.A.).

    *NOTE that paying with an “e-check” via PayPal will delay project until the payment clears (up to 3 days).
     
  6. Submit Project for Review:
    Continue to Project Form to submit your project and upload file(s) as applicable to service(s) you have purchased. A link to the required Project Form is also provided in your order receipts so you don't have to submit your project immediately unless you want to.

    Once you submit a project, our staff will personally rview and confirm your project during our normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST/PDT (Calif.), Monday through Friday.

 Important Notes

• Using Company/Client Credit Card:
If using a credit card that is not in your name (e.g., client, company principal, or spouse/partner), the actual cardholder (name on card) must sign and return copy of our one-time Customer Agreement (PDF). Not required if the card is in your own name.
• Public Company News:
News material to any publicly traded company (with ticker symbol) requires pre-approval from a verified representative of the public company. Our “Standard” level plans are not intended for public company news as they don't “stick” to ticker news sites. Inquire.
• International Orders (from outside U.S.):
  1. If you're outside the U.S./Canada please contact us first to place order through this system as most countries are blocked by default as security measure. You will get blank screen during the final payment step.
  2. For credit card orders where your bank/card company doesn't support AVS (address verification) you will be required to provide scan/fax of front of card for one-time verification.
