All of our staff are accredited public relations (PR) professionals and/or working journalists, and we are proud to be a 100% U.S.-based company. Send2Press is a service of Neotrope®, which was spun-off of the main company as a unique brand in 2000.

Our normal business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST/PDT), Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and major U.S. holidays. We are closed for lunch each workday. If you call and get voicemail, we are likely helping others.

We are located in Temecula, California, USA (Riverside County).
Neotrope® became a “virtual company” as of November 2002. We no longer have a meeting space for clients or walk-in office space. All Neotrope/Send2Press staff work from their own homes, connected via our web servers, LAN and internal secure e-mail systems. As of July 2019, we have moved from Torrance, Calif. to Temecula, Calif.
